By using Beautysure to advertise your business, you agree to these terms of use.
Your company must be operating in the UK and must be doing business related to the beauty and wellness industry.
Beautysure provides its service to you, the following conditions may be updated from time to time without notice. You are encouraged to check back regularly, as our terms of use may change.
Proof of Insurance
As part of the application process to advertise your business on Beautysure.co.uk, you must agree to provide to us with a clear copy of your up to date proof of insurance certificate. Please note your insurance information / document will not be made public and is strictly for internal use only. By agreeing to these terms of use you confirm that you are an insured business and have the appropriate insurance cover to conduct your advertised services. Uploaded files need to be one of the following file types: jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx.
After you sign up to advertise your business on Beautysure.co.uk, your business will be approved and advertised within 48 hours. As part of these terms of use, you must provide/add your insurance details onto your account. Beautysure.co.uk has the right, at random, to select from the advertisers (you) and request proof of insurance by email. You then have 10 business days to provide us with proof of insurance. If your business is not confirmed to be insured within these 10 business days, your subscription may be terminated without refund or notice. Beautysure will always endeavour to give you notice where possible. At any point during your membership, you may terminate your subscription (And therefore the advertisement of your business on Beautysure.co.uk).
Your business information
You are responsible for keeping your business information on the Beautysure.co.uk website up to date and accurate.
Your listed Images
A Profile picture or Business Logo should be uploaded as soon as possible. Your picture/logo should be in png/jpeg format. If you are having difficulties, technical or otherwise, in doing so, please contact info@beautysure.co.uk for assistance, we aim to reply within 48 hours. Where possible, we can format and upload a profile picture & or logo for you. Please email us for assistance.
If your profile has been left for more than 7 days without a photo/logo we may source the most appropriate picture/logo from your social media accounts and add it to your profile. You can change this at anytime within your account.
Payments
By signing up for a 12 month subscription to add your business listing on the Beautysure.co.uk website, you consent for us to take automated payments from the bank account provided by you. The payment quantity taken will be decided by you, based on the the annual subscription plan you have chosen. You have the right to cancel. Please contact us at info@beautysure.co.uk at least 30 business days prior to your next payment date to arrange cancellation.
Providing material to Beautysure
By signing up to advertise on the Beautysure.co.uk website, you agree that we do not have a duty to publish any material you have provided. You will refrain from uploading obscene, offensive or inappropriate images to your account/listing, you also agree to refrain from using obscene, offensive or inappropriate language in your account/listing.
We want to create a friendly and tolerant community that is safe for everyone.
You agree that any materials used are your own original work or you are authorised to provide it to the website. Please don’t add anything that infringes on other people’s copyright, violates any laws, includes images of an exploitative or sexual nature, promotes hate speech or intolerance or discriminates against groups or individuals based on their gender, race, ethnicity or sexual orientation. Your material is not defamatory (that is, it does not damage someone’s good reputation), does not take away or affect any other person’s privacy rights, copyright, contract rights or any other rights, and does not otherwise break any laws of England and Wales; and that you have the right to give us permission to use it for the purposes specified above.
If you do not refrain from uploading language or media that is obscene, offensive or inappropriate, your business may be removed and your subscription terminated without refund. If any uploaded content by your business is deemed an incitement to violence by Beautysure, police may be contacted. We do not monitor comments, yet we want to protect your business from malicious content. If you wish for a comment to be removed, you can contact us at info@beautysure.co.uk and we will investigate and remove any malicious comments within 30 business days of receipt of your complaint.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that Beautysure.co.uk and its partners are not responsible or liable for any false information you provide on your listing/profile or on the site. In addition, we do not guarantee the quality of your business and services. You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the inability to use the service; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.
Sharing across social media platforms.
In using our service, you agree to us using your Beautysure.co.uk public content on social media or any agreed upon posts from your social media accounts (dependant on membership) for promotional use. If you wish to opt out of having your Beautysure public content on social media for promotional use, you can contact us at info@beautysure.co.uk to opt out.
